Aerobelt Engineers may or may not be on site for commissioning depending on Client request. An installation and operating manual and verbal guidance is always given on correct installation and commissioning issues.

Additionally to supplying the conveyor as described above Aerobelt can supply supporting steelwork such as gantries, trestles and footings as well as cable-supported elevated spans. This steelwork is typically installed via a third party and coordinated by a project management team.

Aerobelt frequently works with project management teams to supply and install all conveyors and supporting steelwork and can also manage the decommissioning and removal of existing conveyor systems for a start to finish solution.

Aerobelt Engineers are always available for Dry (Conveyor empty) and Wet (Conveyor loaded) commissioning including Operator and Maintenance staff briefings.
