Aerobelt Solution
Aerobelt used a 650 mm Aerobelt conveyor design that did not require access walkways. Mobile plant is used for infrequent maintenance of return rollers under the conveyors. The conveyor sections were specially manufactured to require only the use of intermittent support towers and cables. Around the plant, three 400 mm wide conveyors were used to distribute the product to other areas. As at 2012, only a handful of replacement rollers have been required on these conveyors.
